Where are you located?  

188 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.  There is on street parking as well as ample parking behind the building.  

 

What insurances do you take? 

CDPHP & MVP – commercial plans

Through Headway – I take Commercial Aetna, Cigna. UHC, Oxford as well as some of the Blue Cross Blue Shields.  

All insurances will have to be verified.

I am hopeful to take more insurances in the future. Stay tuned….

 

What if you don’t take my insurance? 

 I  am “out of network” with most commercial insurance companies.  This means you will pay for your appointment and you will be given a “superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your plan.

 

What are your rates for cash pay or “out of network” ?    

New patient initial psychiatric assessment is $375.

Follow up medication management sessions are:

• $180 for 30 minutes 

• $275 for 60 minutes. 

• I offer a discounted cash rate of $125 for 20 minutes.
